They constantly forget to mail me my monthly bill.
My newest loan has a whopping 10.25% interest rate. (I will be paying it off before my 12 month "lee-way" period is up.)
I would rather talk to Sprint customer service anyday. (That isn't saying much!)

I have school loans with sallie mae and have never encountered these problems. Have you changed your address and do they have the current one? Give a call to customer service and ask to speak to the manager.
That sucks. I have never had any problems like that with them. Are you signed up to manage your loans on-line? that seems to work very well for me. Hell, they even gave me an interest rate reduction of 1% for paying on-time! My rate is 3.5% now! Love it.
***You can still pay by check. Just get enrolled on-line so you can see what's up with your account anytime you want. Plus, you can make one time payments from your checking account for no charge. You do not have to sign up for automatic withdrawl.
