As a general rule unless you are 24, married, have kids, a veteran, an orphan, a ward of the court, have a bachelors degree, or dependents other than your kids you have to put your parents income down on your fafsa.
Just because she is providing you her tax information, does not mean she has to help you with your schooling.

get a great job and pay for it all yourself. or wait until you are 24. or get knocked up or married. seriously though, you cant get financial aid without supplying your mom's info and they could care less if she actually helps you or not.
