Get your password through the Live Chat. Do not let eBay email you a temp just in case the hacker changed your email address on file.
Also, change your USER name through the Live Chat as well!
By changing your user name, you preserve your feedback rating and regain some security.

You must delete your acount and notify Ebay. Complain to them.
Who cares about your feedback score? At the end of the stay, reasonable customers are happy to see a clean sheet score, or one with substantially little feedback, or little poor feedback, and in any case there is always the prospect of resolving complaints.
The feedback facility is overblown in my judgement and probably does not reflect the real happiness of the customers.
But in any event you should delete your account and restart. The security of the website for you has been compromised.
