It absolutely is possible to get a scholarship, no matter how old you are or how long you've been out of college. You can read about scholarships here:

And here are some sites that offer grants and scholarships:
http://www.fedmoney.org/
http://www.findtuition.com/scholarships/...

Good luck!
It might be hard but I think you can...but I think you would need to persue a certain career for them to scholar you. They need to make sure the money there giving you is right for you career
there is a website, i think its www.fastweb.com try to google it that isnt exactly right, you fill out a fairly short profile about what kinda stuff you did in and during highschool and waht you will be majoring in and that sort of thing, and it will run a search on eligible scholarships, i filled mine out years ago and still get alerted about new scholarships all the time, its definitely worth a shot.
If you are poor, it is VERY possible to get a GRANT! No paying back.

I went back to school at 25 making $18,000 a year in my job and I applied to a private college (I had good grades from a community college) and not only was I admitted, but the college (like all colleges) once they admit you make sure you can attend by supplying appropriate need based grants.

Some colleges already will apply you for scholarships and some you must apply for.

Non-traditional students (older) are welcome by most schools. If your grades need improvement, start at a community college and then transfer to a university (even an expensive private one (More chance of a grant).

Talk to the admissions people, make an appointment, ask questions and explore your possibilities and look to see if you are a match for the school and if they are a match for you.

If you can dream it, you can do it.

Now, go make it happen.
Absolutely! There are a lot of scholarships for people who want to return to school to get a better education. Try fastweb.com for some good scholarships. They show you scholarships that are based on a personal profile you fill out so they are most likely ones you'll qualify for.
Of course it is- there are scholarships for every level of education (and there are some specifically for people who are returning to school after being out for a while to work or raise a family, if that's your situation).
Try making a profile on one or more of the free search databases and see what you can find- you'll be able to specify your year in school and other unique characteristics:
www.scholarshipexperts.com, www.fastweb.com, www.schoolsoup.com, www.brokescholar.com, www.collegetoolkit.com.
Good luck! Be persistent.
