University of Oklahoma civil engineering scholarships?

Question:Does anyone know of any scholarships that I could receive?
I am attending the University of Oklahoma and tomorrow I am changing my major to Civil Engineering. I have a 34 on my ACT, yet my high school GPA was fairly low, roughly 3.4.
