Is this fair?

Question:i was accepted into a school (college)
started for about 3 weeks then they kick me out bc they think i cant afford the cost which was covered under a loan
i call the bank in which the loan was taken out for and they said that they know nothing of that sort
is that school yanking my chain or what?

Answers:
Was the tuition not paid? Because they can kick you out for not paying tuition, but most schools do give you a lot of options when it comes to paying tuition that they exhaust before they just plain kick you out. They CANNOT kick you out for just assuming that you can't pay tuition.

Is the bank saying they know nothing about your loan? Because you should have some kind of paperwork on your loan. At least the application you filled out to get the loan. Go to them with all your information and talk it out with them. Once things are settled, get everything written out and signed and go to your school with it.

I think there has to be something going on here that you're not quite understanding. A school will not kick you out just because they think you cannot pay. I'd go talk this out with your school.
first at all, dear. i don't think school would kick you out just becoz you can't pay off the tuition on time. you need to go to the fiancial aid office find a smarter person talk to him or her about your situation. Guess the problems you had is about process of the finacial aid. You gotta contact the bank who load you the money too. Just find out why, school should not kick you out right now, as i know they usually collect them in the end of the semester if you don't pay off, and charge your sort of late fee. They really shouldn't kick you out. FIND THE RIGHT PEOPLE TO TALK TO.
