My opinion: not always the truth on the limited info I have but help nonetheless:
The $3460.00 was for the whole year if you enrolled full time, which you didn't.
I calculate the $433.00 is what you would get (per semester, not per year) if you went less than 6 hours.
It might help you if you gently reminded the fin aid office you are actually enrolled in 7 hours (by my estimates it could get you to $865.00 a semester) but maybe not if you are enrolled in a class that isn't college credit or something weird.
my advise... enroll full time if you want the full amount. You'll finish quicker.

No, with you 1 unit over half time you should at least get 1,000 for the whole semester, 2,000 for the school year and a bog fee waver. Maybe the bog fee is part of that 3,460?
