Pell Grant Refund?

Question:When does it come?

Answers:
I am in the same situation and we receive our pell checks twice a semester. They will have it posted around campus on the building where financial aid is with the dates of both checks to be returned. You do not have to do anything other than show up with your student id in hand to receive your check.
If your Pell Grant award exceeds the amount you owe for the school, then you should get a refund check; if it does not you won't.

If you are expecting a refund check you should check with a financial aid officer at your school to see when checks are run and how much you will be receiving.

If your classes have started already it will depend on how often the business/Bursar's office processes refunds. If you have not started classes yet, your aid cannot be applied to account more than 10 days before the start of class.

You should talk to a financial aid officer at your school for more information/clarification. Good luck!
