Question:well like 2 weeks ago i went to the college i was going to apply to and i filled out a BOGW form and i got accepted for $800 but now i have to change my school and i was wondering if they will give me my money back or i have to go back to discuss this with them...please help!.and by any chance i want to know if it pays for cosmetology school.please help

Usually the amount paid is nonrefundable.Try to persuade them,and in all probability, they will refund the amount after deducting some administrative charges,
But in India, The consumer courts have ruled that rge entire fees is refundable as no service was rendered by the educational institution !!.
Please check up the law of your country too for such a judgement.
