Can I use my GI. bill for video courses?

Question:there is a gunsmith course on video, for 100 hours of gunsmith classes, I was wondering if I can use my GI bill for it

I believe you can only use it if it is offered by an official college, and if it is an official class. If it is just something you order out of a catalog or by mail, or online from somewhere else, they will not cover it.
