They usually calculate the cost of living at home and commuting as a bit less than living in the dorms (depends on the school). You should still get some of that money for living expenses (since you'll still have living expenses, they just won't be as high)-- but call your financial aid office to check and see if they need to recalculate anything.
ooh it's been a minute since I was in college but I think your pell grant will stay the same but if you stay at home you may not get the 3000 for the roam because you won't be staying in the dorm. but you shold be able to call your financial aid department and ask them all that if you really want to know the answer because it's best to get it from them than from someone off here who may not really know.
