There's no way I'm going onto welfare benefit money, I do want to work, I had jobs in the past but I was drinking to be able to talk to people in the office, and I ended up losing both jobs for not turning up to work.
I don't know what to do.

Although we can't really give you help the fact that you have asked for it is important. Recognizing that there is a problem is the first step; small but important. I don't really think that you can solve both at the same time. The first thing is to go to your GP and ask for access to treatment. Now that in itself may be quite difficult for you but it must be done. All the methods I can think of for getting your debt problem under control require some sort of face - to - face meeting. The longer you delay the worse both problems are likely to become.
you can't work but need money? try begging?
You need to see a doctor and go on medication. Yes, you are in too much debt as well. It's time for you to take control of your life and stop letting the anxiety control you.
Get some financial help.....from a professional...good luck!
You need to get help for your anxiety disorder. Begin the process by seeing a doctor and go from there. When the anxiety is under control, then you can begin to sort out the rest of your life. It can be done. Take care, and best of luck. You can do this.
You need to see a doctor. If you can not afford to see one, look and see if there are any programs for people who can't pay. Don't be so proud that you end up killing yourslef. It's okay to ask for assistance. We all need help from time to time. The truth is: you can NOT manage your situation alone. YOU NEED HELP.
Debt is difficult enough to manage without anxiety. Your problem will only get worse. Seek out Professional assistance to get to the root of the problem.

The more debt you get into, the more it will become an additional source of anxiety. You need to get medical help immediately for the anxiety. For the debt, you need to not spend another cent you don't have. Borrowing money you know you can't pay back is stealing. Perhaps you need to move back in with your parents if you are unable to support yourself and they are willing. Perhaps some kind of work you can do from home or with minimal interaction with people. Perhaps editing, transcribing, something where you work with ideas and words on paper or computer. Good luck to you.
Don't be afraid to go on welfare. It is only temporary, until you can get yourself some help so that you can feel comfortable going to work. See a counselor or psychologist. It will be worth the time and money, they may be able to give you an anti-anxiety med.
You need to pray
