Question:considering both of them are university students living in south of England near or in Oxford, will 20 thousand pounds be enough for their accomodation, bills, food, books, travelling and clothes etc. the tuition fees is already paid. is it possible to survive comfortably with this much money?

that's about 385 pounds a week.
Guessing u spend 80 on food for two...
Guessing u put 30 aside each week for bills at the end of the month (30 x 4 =120 pounds)
Guessing u use 40 for transport each week
so that's 150 for essentials.
u have 385-150 = 235
depending on how much ur rent is...and if what i've guessed for a budget works..
u need leftover money for books clothes n other luxuries...
u should be able to figure out now..whether its enough money for a year.
thats about 10 grand in us dollars. coudl u survive on that?
