Firstly, get your style correct when you ask a question. It help in communication. for example, your asking almost grid connections and wind turbines, but you refer to genetic algorithms. It's generic algorythms.
Secondly, in that are not likely to be any engg professors on a forum similar to this. contact the universities within your area and ask to speak to the mentor program coordinator, afterwards ask to be assigned to someone with a masters or doctorate surrounded by PG Engg.
Lastly, try to connect with other inhabitants working in like peas in a pod field, or even doing like job, that agency you can feed of respectively other for mutual improvement, free of charge.
