Answers: You need to be in motion for a second bachelors, and you will NOT qualify for financial aid. Getting a masters may not be possible without the BS, as in attendance are so many pre-requisites. You should check at your local state college, see if there are any programs to support those going into engineering aside from regular financial aid, and how long it will give somebody a lift you to get the BS. They may adopt some of your general background credits from your business degree. Every university is different. I would start taking pre-reqs for engineering, though, so that you can get started on the outing (such as physics, calculus, etc.)
