MUY IMPORTANTE.It will make or break you, IT"S REALLY WHO YOU KNOW. Networking. Try Monster.com or Yahoo Hot Jobs
If you want to go to grad school, research is very important. If you want job experience, an internship is very important. As for finding one, either post what field you're looking for or ask your academic adviser.
u cant filter ur search by using inurl:inteships for example
and there r more
Internship is important... most companies hire their interns later on...
N to get an internship easier... try to join and participate in the weekly meetings of ur major's group...
Try to have an active life on the campus... research helps too... specially if u wanna continue studying :)
Both are important, no matter what your field is. I would suggest an internship the summer after your sophomore or junior year, and research during the school year either your junior or senior year. Talk to your faculty and advisor about each. They will have resources for finding internships. An independent study course is ideal for research experience. Come with an idea you would like to research when you approach your advisor.
Some internships are not paid, some are paid. Both are good experience, so don't just hold out for a paid one.
You can also talk to upperclassmen about what they did as far as internship searches and research projects. What you do and where you look depends on your field.
