Open university?

Question:I'm interested in a course and it is provided by the open university.

basically this question for those who have or are studying with the Ou is whether open university have a facility to register the course even though your financial support has already been granted they are having delays in doing my registration so what should I do should I register online anyway and then ask them for a refund, by the way is there any refund policy etc there?

thanks for your time

Answers:
Regarding the refund, depends whether its your first course or not, and what level you are studying. Considering the variables I would telephone the OU regional office that you are attached to and ask them.

Don't register twice as its senseless, just phone them and see where your registration is at.

Even if you are awarded financial aid you can swap to a different course, and if you drop out your 'credit' that they've paid for that academic year can be transfered to a different academic year.
Talk to your Regional Office of the OU., someone there will answer your problem/s.
