If just compare Curtin and Adelaide due to cost, which one is then better?
I have done some research on the ranking of uni those things. But I would like to know how the local industry's ranking instead. Do the Australian employers focus on the Uni ranking or the faculty ranking more?
Is it possible to transfer to UWA after studying in CIC(Curtin Int. College)?

Congratulation on getting the offers from those prestigious universities.
Some may argue that the university belongs to The Group of 8 (www.go8.edu.au) are the 'famous' one. However they group was formed just to unify the promotional effort. The members cannot claim that they are the best at everything that they offers.
There are only 42 (soon to be 43) universities in Australia, all of them are fully accredited and they are tightly regulated, therefore the quality and recognition of their graduates are equal from wherever university you are studying from. The most important thing is you have to READ the course information carefully, since some courses may have the same name but different content.
All Australian universities offer business courses to international students, but not everyone offering the same/all majors. There are also some business courses in universities that have flexible structures that you can combine subjects from different majors/faculty as part of your course (eg. IT or Languages) so you know more.
Therefore if you are comparing Curtin and Adelaide, you are comparing the following:
1. The weather: Perth is warmer, Adelaide cooler
2. The course: whether the university's course contents is the one that you want to have career in (eg HR/MIS/Marketing).
Australian employers do not really focus on how 'famous' your uni is, but more to your academic results, your campus' activities (eg president of student club) and how well do you present yourself during the interview.
You can transfer to UWA or any other Australian universities from CIC, but the other uni may have higher result requirement to be accepted. So if your results are brilliant, you got no worries at all.
