namaste ka aus mere dost, you have chosen a great country. ok first you will have to contact your nearest australian embassy for more information on visas.. as i am only familiar with student visas and spouse visas its a bit hard for me to advise.. licken mujhe pata tum can deffinately be sponsored by a company in australia... best thing to do is contact embassy they will help you out with entry requirments ect then u can go from there... i doubt wheather any companys for job seeking here will call you in india... better to take your own initiative and look on the web www.seek.com.au is a realy good website where most of me n my dost have found jobs.. try to work out accomidation before arrival as well... i wish u good luck on your journey and hope u get here we realy are quite friendly theek hai!! oh and salary will definately be alot more money than you will get in india...
