Which IT companies give more importance to only BTECH mark compare to 12th in CAMPUS SELECTION??

Question:dear friends,
i am a btech in computer sc. my 12th performance(50%) wasnot too good. but i ve recovered from that in btech carrer.
now i am in 3rd year. my avg. mark is 80% in btech.

i need ur suggestion. how to build my carrer?
