What are my chances of getting into a top university?

Question:I'm a senior in high school this fall. My GPA is around 4.5 weighted and 3.7/3.8 unweighted. My extracurriculars are only NHS and leadership. I have only about 140 hours of community service. I made it into the national merit scholarship program even though my score(200) was below the cut off. (it may be because I'm a female minority[Asian])
My test scores: SAT reasoning: 1960
Biology E subject test: 640
US History subject test: 700
AP World history: 3
AP Biology: 4
AP US History: 4
AP Eng. Lang. and Comp.: 3
And the only thing that stands out about me is that I'm short.
I'm looking for places that have a medical school to move onto.

Answers:
First, don't worry about going to an undergraduate institution that is affiliated with a medical school - my alma matter did not have a medical school, and the closest med school had more graduates from my institution than their own (and they had a student population ten times the size of ours!). Quite simply, we prepared better future doctors. That should be your focus in searching - who has a program that you want to study in and the people you want to study with (both students and professors). Medical schools WILL NOT give a preference to students who graduate from their own undergraduate programs.
As far as getting in to a good school, you should be fine. I worked in admission at a selective liberal arts school for four years, and we would have loved to have had a student like you (and some of your AP scores would have gotten you some college credit, too!). You are exactly the type of student that universities are looking for: you are bright, you have tested well, you have taken a rigorous course load, and you have been involved in leadership roles.
Don't worry, you are going to be OK.
