I went to Smith and I loved it. Just don't cut your hair really short and get a tattoo and no one will hit on you. But it is a very liberal college, so if you have a problem with lesbians then I wouldn't recommend it. People there are very much into accepting other people for who they are. Yes, Northampton has a reputation for having a higher than average number of lesbians but, in my experience, if a lesbian hits on you and you simply tell her you're straight, she'll likely respect that and leave you alone -- you're not likely to be harassed. Smith is not all lesbians. Your choice.
