So, is it possible for me to learn German in such a less time ?
Answers:
Yes, it is possilbe if you are willing to commit to learning it. Take an intensive course, preferably in Germany, and study, study, study.
Check out: Berlitz, Arenalingua, Inlingua. They all offer German courses in Germany.
That would be tough.
Your best bet would be a trip to Germany for a few months. That's the best way to learn.
If that's not possible it will recquire a lot of discipline; studying every day, speaking it a lot, watching movies in German, look for German people to speak with in your area. That should help some.
I would go with the Rosetta Stone series. Fantastic.
I am fluent in 4 languages.

Yes, I think it's possible. I recommend Deustche Angestellten-Akadmie (www.daa-bw.de) language school. They only charge €2,05 per hour which is cheaper compared to Goethe Institute. They offer 600hours intensive language course. Once you have their certificate, you may take DHS exam at your chosen university. If you failed the exam, they'll let you take 1 sem intensive course with them (€600). Just like you, I'm also planning to study in Germany. I'll continue my language course at DAA on December. Btw, my bf studied dentistry at Friedrich-Alexander-University without paying any tuition fee. But now they charge tuition around €500 per sem.
