Those professions are quite a way down the road. But they require college. So you should take the courses that will prepare you to get in and succeed at college. High schools usually offer a "College Preparatory" sequence of courses. That's what you should take.
All the sciences are helpful. Make sure you give extra attention to Biology and Chemistry. If you have an opportunity to study college courses like Anatomy and Physiology, try to take those.

Take lots of science and math. Then you will be ready for the science and math you'll have to take in college to get into medical school or nursing school.
