Admin Assistant is basically the glorified term for the word "secretary", as long as you can type they will accept you, just say you're adept at filing and typing.
can follow orders and work as part of the team and still be independent worker, you are efficient and organised. good understanding of english language, professional, you know how to use computers and software like word and excel etc.

If it is you will either have a repetitive routine clerical job or you will be dogsbody/runner for those who think they are anybody in the company/department.Requirement... are ,being likeable,willing to help and willing to learn and with a bit of luck promotion will come along.
