How much will a 'C' affect my gpa?

Question:I have a 3.83 right now, and i'm pretty sure i'm going to get a 'C' in biology..like a 75. How much will this effect my gpa? Will I at least be able to keep a 3.0? I'm in college by the way.
Serious answers only please. Thanks

Answers:
A 'C' wont make your GPA slide that far. A 'C' will average in as a 2.0 on the scale.
A= 4.0
A- = 3.776
B+ = 3.33
B = 3.0
B- = 2.776
C+ = 2.33
C = 2.0
C- = 1.776

hope this helps
It killed me. It takes a lot of As and Bs to bring it back up.
it depends. if you have 3.83 with 150 units done, it'll probably go down to 3.81. If you only have 4 units with a 3.83 and the C is 4 units, you'll drop under 3.0.
