Would most college dorms allow a pet tarantula?

Question:They can be kept in a aquarium.

Answers:
No. It would be the same as someone who wanted to bring a pet snake, which could be kept in a terrarium. Even if your roommate was okay with it, there is always a chance it could get out, and many people are terrified of these sorts of pets. There is no way most colleges would allow this.
i think no but i could be wrong
No--I can tell you at my university, only fish are allowed. This is the policy at most universities. If the tarantula somehow got out of the aquarium, people would be freaked out until the spider was found. And it could bite people.
no thank god. because i loathe spiders and if my roomate had one you can be sure that i would switch rooms or personally take the tarantula and dump it outside.
