Why does the Job open market suck?

So I finally graduated surrounded by December with Business Degree from a tremendously Reputable University with a 3.5 GPA. I own worked almost a year as a business analyst for current employer, and yet I solely make $10.00 an hour and I am have very complex time finding a decent living. Why is it so difficult to get a right job?

Answers:    The economy's within recession (no matter how some citizens seem to deny it, recession is recession). As for outsourcing, it doesn't apply as much to Business point holders as say, coders or population in the work sector.
The shift in American corporate policies own quite a few things to do near it too. For almost a decade the trend had be "hire as few as possible, make them work as much as possible" which undoubtedly hurt the job flea market (but boosted corporate growth for a while back then).
I enjoy a business degree and I work contained by a warehouse.
