I've heard organic chemistry is brutal, so I wouldn't take that.
Ask around at your school. Most schools (especially liberal arts ones) have a science course that is geared towards liberal arts students who haven't had math in many years. Examples from my school include psychology and biotechnology. You might also talk to your advisor about what class would fulfill the science requirements but has the least amount of math. They usually know that kind of thing.
Are courses like geology, astronomy, or other less math intensive courses an option? I enjoyed geology (I was a psych major) and it involved zero math. Try to avoid chemistry and statistics heavy courses.
biology, geology, or astronomy. There are so much more too. Try googling around on the internet.
No, organic chemistry is not a good idea if you can't do algebra. I would recommend geology. Even astronomy requires algebra.
