im part of fastweb.com which finds u scholarships based on info. u give...i think i saw one on building/inventing so let me go see and i will come back in a few minutes to give u the link...if i can find it again.
i couldnt find the exact one i was talking about but here is another one that has to do with "creatiing a significant piece of work to improve lives in the areas of science, technology, etc"....so go check it out. i also suggest u join fastweb.com to find all kinds of scholarships that apply to u.
