If you are, you need to do the following:
-log into your e-mail
-click on compose
-insert the other person's e-mail address into the "to" box
-type a subject (what the e-mail is about) into the "subject" box
-write the information you want inside the principal box
-add attatchments by clicking the "attatch files" button, then browsing for the item to attatch, and making sure it's attatched
-Click dispatch and wait to capture a response ^_^
