For one thing, English is capitalized all the time. The beginning of sentences are also capitalized.
Do not begin a sentence with a conjunction (and, but, nor, for example).
I suggest you read a lot, and pay attention to how sentences are structured and punctuated.
It is good that you write as though you are having a conservation as that gets you started. Then, you need to be back and re-read what you wrote and punctuate and edit it.
Your spelling is fine. Just work on capitalization: proper nouns are capitalized (days of the week, cities, states, names).
Instead of beginning a sentence with "but," begin with "On the other hand," or "Another way of looking at this is."
It just takes practice. You are very intelligent and the more you work at improving your skills, the better you will do.
