Similar in what way? There are a lot of other Jesuit schools in the country - Georgetown, Loyola of Chicago, etc. Or there are a lot of other private colleges, a lot of other schools in Boston. What is it that you like about Boston College that you would like to see elsewhere?
Students who apply to BC often also apply to Wake Forest, Miami U (Ohio), Bucknell, Lafayette, and Lehigh.
If you are seeking other Catholic colleges, I would recommend that you look into Notre Dame, Georgetown, DePaul, Loyola (Chicago), Xavier (Ohio), Manhattanville, and Lemoyne. All of these Catholic colleges are both similar to BC in some ways, and different from BC in others.
