You need to read the university literature and/or check out the website. If you really can't find it call the registar. One thing's for sure - they sure as hell don't let you hold off indefinitely. If you don't pay by a certain date, they will kick you out.
at most univerisites in the states, you need to pay your tuition before the first week of classes ends. if your school has an academic calendar on their website or in the advising office it should have the tuition due date on there.
However long it takes. You can request to not pay for a year and most of the time they'll let you. They don't care how long it takes you to pay it back, so long as you DO pay it back.
Check your university's website for payment information.

Be sure you pay your tuition on time. It looks like if you don't make payment by their specified deadlines, they'll disenroll you from all your coursework.
The good news is that your school offers a payment plan. Contact the Student Financial Services Center if you have questions.
