Should I apply as a freshman?

Question:I am preparing to apply at an out of state technical college and on the application they request that you list any previous college experience. I attended a quarter and a half at a community college in my home state back in 2004 and early 2005, but I do not wish to transfer any credits to the new school. Should I apply as a freshman anyway and not list my previous college experience? Or should I apply as a transfer student even if I don't plan to transfer credit?

Answers:
u should list the school.. Why don't u want to transfer credits.. U want to re take everything.. That's a waste of a year . U can still be a freshman if u have less than 30 hours.. If u don't want to transfer because of ur grades, then know that ur GPA does not transfer.. U start all over at ur new school with GPA.. U will have to have a transcript from the other school.. I have a school I want to go to.. I didn't list a college but I got aid.. it shows up that u got aid when they key in ur SS #..so they can find out.
