Very often, on a college's Web site, you can download a paper application to fill out, print out, and send in. If not, just contact the admissions office and have one sent to you.
your best bet is to apply online actually. it has a much faster rate of response than waiting while they sift through all the paper applications. if you're really dead set on applying that way though, contact the admissions department and ask them to send you one.
