to be honest it isn't really that bad you still go to parties and everyone assumes that you are 18 anyways. There are other 17 year olds too. I even once met a 16 year old in college. so no worries there.

I've seen some clubs let under-agers in, but the ones who have proper I.D. which allow them to consume alcohol are given bracelets to wear. However, there aren't many that do it, at least not around here. If you're not of age, you can't get in. Being in college has nothing to do with it.
Id say no. Even though you are in college your not 18. There are 18and over clubs but I havent heard of getting in if your younger.
