Question:I am considering going to Berklee music college. I am a junior in high school. So far my grades have not been good. My freshman year I earned a 3.0 and my sophomore year was a 2.5. I got these grades because at the time I was going through a state of depression and remained apathetic towards my schooling. So far, for my junior year, I have maintained a 3.8 (I missed a few homework assignmentsand did bad on a quiz.) I was wondering if I have a chance at going to Berklee? I have been playing guitar for 3 years and have joined jazz band if that helps. I also have maintained As so far in all of my music classes. Also, recently I have joined a guitar club at my school.

I don't know, but I feel a need to tell these people that it is spelled Berklee and that you are looking like morons for incorrectly correcting the guy.
First, you gotta learn how to spell the name of the school.
Believer it or not your AUDITION, if you make it that far, will count more so you better play real good.
If you sound like Gabor Zsabo or Django Rehinhardt or Tal Farlo they will be forgiving.
If you don't know who those three are, you better start listening and you better start playing along with their licks if you can!
