The best way to figure this out is to visit the admissions pages of the Dental school you wish to attend. From my own memory, I do remember a few of the course requirements from Ohio State, although some may have been optional:
Math up to a year's worth of calculus.
Two years college chemistry up to and including calculus-based organic chem.
Chem based biology courses, including microbiology, anatomy, and physiology
One year of calc-based physics
Two writing classes...
