always research the place where you are going, it will give you confidense, employers always want go-getters, shake their hand and introduce your self if you have to and shake their hand when you leave. and never talk bad about an old employer and if you put referrenses let them know. Let your referrenses know, you put them in your application. Don't be shy but be respectfull, and get exited about what they talk about. I interview people all the time, I'm pretty young but I know what they need to say to get the job. Good Luck. and know that the job you want is already yours, doubt only makes bad consequenses.
