Put them in a 1936 germany setting as concerned citizens - unemploment, inflation, terror attacks on gov buildings, political murders etc, communist dessenter, detention camps, - don't mention jews and germany - use substitute names, make it a religious subgroup - then split the class into the various groups, unemployed, press, official state releigion, oppressed rich insular religion, and play it out.
