You will need to take chemistry at A-level to do dentistry at most universities. There are a lot of good economics programs which do not require economics at A-level, provided you have maths. So maths, physics, chemistry and biology is probably the best set, if you want to keep all three options open.
Don't do economics if you are thinking of dentistry - you would do better doing chemistsry. An economics degree leaves you with very few job opportunities once you graduate unless you are very lucky.
