First make sure you have saved the attachment as a file.
Next type your e-mail.
Near the address line (usually to the left) is a bar to click on "Attach File". Click on that.
Another box will come up that says browse. Scan through the files there, pick the one you want to attach, click on it.
Then there's one more step. Click on Attach File (a little lower than the address line). Your computer will show the file is attached. Then return to your message and send it. Voila! Just click on 'attach' and select the file you wish to attach, wait for it to upload, then click on send. The instructions should be on the screen when you click attach. Write your email as normal. Click on the attach icon and select the file you wish to send. That's it! Compose your letter, then click on Attach File, it will open a new window, then click on Browse, find your file, double click or Open and it will go into the window next to Browse, then click on Attach File. It might take some time, then you click on done and it will take you back to your letter. Now send it.
To double check that it went through ok, go to your Sent folder and open the file you just sent.
Good Luck! Its str8 forward. When you click add attachments while your mailing, you will have a choice of what to use thats stored on your p.c. click what ever you want & away you go. Start -> Turn off computer -> Turn Off
That should help... you need to know where your attachment is to attach it to the e mail. If on tape go to browse and bring that up find what you want and click the appropriate box and it is attached.
If in a word document go to browse, find word doc, find the attachment, attach.
done. Keep going.
