So what I have to do is do saxon 54, 65, 76, and lifepacs 7, to get caught up enough to start pre algebra.
But I can do each saxon book in 2-3 months, I just hate the thought of graduating later than I should, I won't graduate more than a year late, and I will graduate with all of apologias regular and advanced courses, and all of saxons math courses up to calculus.
So if anyone has any words of encouragement I would appreciate it, pray for me too :P.

Ty you sound very reasonable and I think you can do this. If you can finish all the books in a year go for it. Don't look at it as being a year behind, look at it as a challenge of continuing education. Also remember that most public school students won't get as far as calculus in math so you will already be ahead. If the computer has been a problem for you shut it off and concentrate. Also I imagine if you can do all those books in one year than next year you could do the Pre algebra and another book or two and you wouldn't be behind anymore. Good luck to you.
Stay in bed and start reading books.
Do you want to graduate?

You can do it, you can do it, you can do it! :D
If you don't need the repetition in Saxon, especially at the pace you'll be going, you could always just do every other question and be done even faster.
Ty, the most important thing is that you are gonna graduate. It's doesn't matter if you are a year behind. You are not the only one. The most important thing is that you quit all online games and you are focusing on your studies. It's wonderful to know you can do each saxon books in two to three months and you wanna know something...I graduated from High School but I didn't get up to Calculus. You are lucky. I'll have to go to college doing calculus whereas you'll do it before you start college. Isn't that the samething like me not being in college but completeing Calculus together with you?
Besides you'll grduate with advance courses. That's wonderful. It's the same as if you graduated ontime. Those advance classes will fix you up and you don't have to worry about anything.
Good luck, friend...Oh and I'll pray for you as well.
Now give me a hug and smile.
You are doing great!!
maybe your program isnt interesteting try mine www.k12.com homeschooling never been so fun and if youre behind man we have an awesome math teacher mr marley he rocks
As for the Saxon books, we were able to skip 6/5 completely and didn't miss anything. If you look at the tables of contents, much of what is covered in the last half of 5/4 is covered in the first half of 6/5 and much of the last half of 6/5 is covered in 7/6.
Still, trying to cover even just those two books in one year is going to be tough. Don't go so fast that you aren't solidly grounded in this subject. Learning math is like building a skyscraper - if the lowest levels aren't solid, the building will collapse when you get to the higher levels. Best wishes to you.
