Christian Liberty Academy is a really good program my family has used for many years as a sattilite school. They are good at record keeping, give you all the materials you'll need, and you only have to send in tests/reports every quarter.
Will she be re-enrolled in the public school in 9th grade? If so, you should go with an accredited program, such as A Beka Academy. Either way, the school will probably test her for placement prior to re-enrollment.
Is she going to Poland on an exchange program for 8th? If so, she should be attending school there and that would count when she gets back here.
