There is so much you can do. It's probably better that you won't be in school interfering with each others education anyway! Maybe you two could save up your allowance together and get an airhocky table to play when he comes over (set up in a public part of your home-not your bedroom!). Set up a vollyball court outside. In the winter build snowmen and go skiing. Go bowling. Go horseback riding on the weekends.
Yes, you can have an excuse for the bus to drop him at your house- say every wed or Friday's or whenever.
You don't wanna hang out everyday anyhow. You want to keep your friends and not lose yourself.

You definitely need to talk with your parents about how you feel. I also think you should not be so focused on your boyfriend at such a young age. Focus on school right now and the time will come for deep relationships.
Honestly, did you do anything other than hang out in the halls when you were both in the same school? I only ask that because, if so, you can keep doing those things now that you're homeschooled.
You can keep on doing anything that both of you like to do - watch movies, go places, find stuff you like to do together. Homeschooling does not have to break into your social life - it'll actually most likely free you up to spend more time with him, because all of your schoolwork can get done during the day.
I think you're probably stressing over this a bit too much; I know that he's important to you, but if he really cares about you, he'll still want to be your boyfriend no matter where you go to school :-)
