Actually you should be able to find the Scope and Sequence for your state on the Board of Education website for your state.

The world book site mentioned by another poster is a great one, another great place to look is at http://www.aophomeschooling.com...
They have a downloadable scope and sequence for their Horizon's curriculum that would make a good goal sheet even for someone not using that curriculum.
World Book and Core Knowledge (mentioned above) would be my first two answers. After that, you can look at the "scope and sequence" of various curriculum publishers (such as Alpha Omega, Bob Jones, A Beka). You could also look to see if your state has a list of requirements ("standards") for each grade. Mind you, none of these will be identical, but they will get you going in the general direction.
