Examples: Italian,Greek,Spanish,Mexican and so on...
Have the class or groups pick out easy foods representing those cultures or food groups and bring them in on a certain day and its like a buffet of international and american foods.
When I did this for my daughter I made the food and then spoke to the class about where this dish is from.. One example is I made a dish that I learned from someone who lives in PUERTO RICO and I spoke about that.
