2) x(y-3)+8(y-3) = (y-3)(x+8)
3) 4x(x+5)+y(x+5) = (4x+y)(x+5)
4) 12xy(4x+1) +5z(4x+1) = (12xy+5z)(4x+1)
1.ac-bc+ad-bd
=ac+ad-(bc+bd)
=a(c+d)-b(c+d)
=(a-b)*(c+d)
2. xy -3x-8y+24
= x(y-3)-8(y-3)
= (x-8)*(y-3)
