c++ is a computer language used for programming a computer to accomplish certain tasks.
In school grading, a C is supposed to represent an average grade, that is a grade earned by a student doing average work. A C+ would mean that the student is slightly above average but not quite at the level of a good student, who earns B grades. Presumably C++ is slightly better than C+. I have not seen it used in grading students.
